The Perfect Brunch - Angelina's, Dublin

One question I am asked over and over again is 'Where should I go for Brunch/lunch/dinner/cocktails in Dublin?'. I have a list of places to go to and over the next couple of weeks I plan to blog about all my favourites.

Dublin has so much to offer and my favourite thing to do is discover what's out there, so this is why I have a new section on my blog with all my recommendations called 'Dublin'.

Lets start with one of my favourite brunch spots in Dublin, Angelina's. I did a blog post on my first trip here over a year ago (click here) so I'm not going to go into too much detail, I'll let the pictures do the talking.

Angelina's is all about great food, snazzy decor and a sophisticated atmosphere, perfect for the Instagrammer.

I went this morning I had the tastiest meal. Angelina's is always at the top of my list of recommendations for brunch in Dublin so make sure you give it a try, you'll thank me later.

To eat: Florentine, spinach, mushroom, burnt asparagus, poached eggs & hollandaise, with seasoned house potatoes

& for the sweet tooth: Vanillas buttermilk pancakes, salted maple caramel, roasted pecans, mascarpone (Fluffiest pancakes you will ever have!)
